Lemon Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
  • 1/2 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 or 3 drops of food coloring (optional)
  • 1 (8 or 9 inch) graham cracker pie crust
  • whipped cream or cream topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°
  2. Beat egg yolks in a medium sized bowl (using beater or fork)
  3. Gradually stir in condensed milk, lemon juice and food coloring
  4. Pour into pie shell
  5. Bake at 325° for 30-35 minutes or until set
  6. Remove from oven
  7. Cool 1 hour
  8. Refrigerate at least 3 hours
  9. Before serving spread whipped cream on top
  10. Refrigerate leftovers
